Fun Learning with Science
DIY arts activities and fun projects while learning different scientific concepts like chemical reactions, mechanical design of bridges, strength testing and lesser known properties of materials.
Dragon Foot Hop Game and Dragon Puppet
Students will play Dragon Foot Hop Scotch game as an ice breaking activity. Then each student will make his own dragon puppet using an origami technique.
Wonders of Baking Soda and Vinegar
Kids will learn about different chemical reactions and then they will perform two cool experiments using baking soda and vinegar.
Students will build a popsicle stick bridge that is a classic science demonstration. These bridges are made solely from popsicle sticks and glue to see which designs can hold most weight.
Canvas Painting with Crepe Paper
Children will use crepe paper streamers and water to transfer the color onto canvas and make colorful prints.
Rain Cloud and Oobleck
Kids will perform two fun infused science experiments i.e rain cloud and oobleck. Rain cloud experiment give children a chance to explore clouds and rain, and oobleck experiment will help them learn about the properties of non-Newtonian fluids in an engaging and fun way.
